Usage Guidelines:
- Shake well before use
- Thaw at +4°C
- Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour before cooking
- Once opened, consume within 48 hours
- 1 cup of liquid whole egg ≈ 4 shell eggs
- Each 1 kg pack contains approx. 22 whole eggs
